I had Ed as an agent for 7-8 years and most of it was fine. At first I would call and actually speak with him, as he grew I spoke with someone else in the office more and more. This past year I wanted to add a business liability policy and could not get him on the phone and couldn’t get his employees to take the time to understand my needs or the description of my business. I was told State Farm wouldn’t write me a policy for the work I did through my business, found a different State Farm agent that took the time to call me and understand exactly what it was I needed and wrote me the policy and I transferred everything over to them. I need an insurance agent who tells me how they can make something work, not the many ways they can’t make something work. Not really pleased with how that all went down after being with them for so long.
